This hotel exceeded our expectations with exclusive amenities like a luxurious Spa & wellness centre, with sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage services. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect settings for relaxation. the restaurant provides diverse and delicious meals with a variety of special diet menus. Our room was well-equipped with private facilities and an espresso machine.
The dinner was a bit pricey and lacked some of the expected high-quality standards.

We enjoyed the clean rooms, great spa, and good price for the airport shuttle. The location wasn't ideal for sightseeing but we appreciated the nearby restaurant options. we can recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a really great stay on a business trip. The staff members were all fantastic and good! Everything was beautiful as expected, but the bathroom was cold. I loved a good restaurant with a local menu.

Well-equipped gym, great wifi, and professional reception staff. Sanitation protocols are consistently enforced including temperature checks and sanitizers available throughout the property. Turkish bath and massage were of high quality and good value for money. Excellent customer service and room cleaning services were satisfactory. Convenient shuttle service available for a good price.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful furnishings and a shining lobby. The staff were friendly and eager to please, despite some language barriers. The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver, great to stay connected and make necessary arrangements. the gym facilities, steam baths, and spa treatments offered added convenience and relaxation.
The hotel's location was not ideal, being quite far from the city center and lacking nearby attractions. The noise from the nearby highway could be heard even in rooms facing side streets, made for a disruptive night's sleep.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with several options for cafes and restaurants. We were delighted to discover that the hotel is very close to a big shopping area, which made our shopping experience much easier. The room was equipped with modern amenities and came with a beautiful view of the city. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a fantastic selection of options and delicious food.
The fitness center is small with limited equipment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro bus and in a residential neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore. The room is spacious with a good-sized bathroom, and the staff is friendly. The hotel also has a wonderful SPA and Turkish Hamam facility that offers affordable services.
